Can I smoke?
We prefer to rent to non-smokers, but may accept smokers who are willing to smoke outside or who are willing to assume the cost of repainting when they vacate.
Pets:
We may accept up to 2 indoor cats who have good references from your previous landlord(s). Additional security deposit may be required.
